Property Damage Assessment
VanHawk will complete a thorough inspection of your property to loensty and document claimabie damage your home. Root, siding, gutters, windows, decks, awrings, fences, and air conditioners.

Project Work Completed
Project Work Completed Permits secured (if appicable), materials ordered, work commences, and project is compieted.
During construction, VanHak will document all unforeseen damage or repair requirements (supplements) while finishing the project

File a Claim
Property owner will call insurance company and file an official claim. The insurance company will schedule an adjustor to inspect the damage. A VanHawk representative can meet the adjustor onsite and represant the homeowner to present the findings of the inspection.

Supplementals & Final Payment
Supplements approved by the insurance company will be included in the final check issued to the homeowner for the repairs completed (depreciation amount & arry supplementals). This final payment will be made to vantant for the work completed. Warranty will be issued to homeowner at the time of final payment
